Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Heavy Dude (ranked 24427 p4p, 24395 weight class) and Heavy Mann (ranked 169 p4p, 163 weight class). Dude has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Heavy Mann has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Heavy Dude's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dude waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Mann.
Mann looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Dude uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mann.
Dude looks to throw the jab but Mann is out of range.
Mann ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Dude throws a hook but Mann blocks it.
Mann swings widly with a right hand
and Dude counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Mann gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dude shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Mann manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Dude drops back, looking for a kneebar! Mann looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Mann looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Mann!

Dude looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Dude is breathing heavily.
Mann cracks Dude with a big elbow.
Oh Dude is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd goes nuts as Mann knocks Dude out cold with a massive hammerfist! Mann Jumps to his feet and climbs on top of the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Heavy Mann!
