Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mika Spaliv (ranked 3128 p4p, 4446 weight class) and Aeweaoi Manuelsio (ranked 330 p4p, 412 weight class). Manuelsio comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Eternal Eclipse - Chronicles of a Hero kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mika Spaliv!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Aeweaoi Manuelsio!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spaliv shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Manuelsio counters with a nice uppercut.
Spaliv shoots for a double leg takedown but Manuelsio sprawls well. He's pushed Spaliv's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
A little jabbing left from Manuelsio on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Spaliv fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mika Spaliv. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Manuelsio bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Spaliv's head backwards.
It looks like Mika Spaliv has been cut.
Spaliv throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Manuelsio's waist but Manuelsio gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Spaliv off to one side.
Spaliv takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

and Manuelsio counters with a nice right hand that sends Spaliv toppling to the canvas! Spaliv scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Manuelsio finish him?!
