Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between James King (ranked 1785 p4p, 1967 weight class) and Tahboule Alawi (ranked 153 p4p, 166 weight class). Alawi has chosen The Ruler of Everything as his entrance music. Tahboule Alawi has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 13 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tahboule Alawi!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King lands a nice looking body kick.
King fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Alawi manages to avoid it.

and Alawi counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps King thinking.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Alawi is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
King seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for King, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
