Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gary Andary (ranked 826 p4p, 837 weight class) and Bradley Brunswick Jr (ranked 88 p4p, 90 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 14 - 1, fighting out of New York, Gary Andary!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 25 - 2, fighting out of London, Bradley Brunswick Jr!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brunswick Jr lands with a right hand.
Andary moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Andary pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Andary takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Andary tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Andary throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Brunswick Jr tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Brunswick Jr has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Andary is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Brunswick Jr misses with a right hand
and Brunswick Jr takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A looping hook to the body misses from Brunswick Jr. Andary does a little dance to reset his feet.

Andary is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Brunswick Jr.
Brunswick Jr is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Andary rather than just go for the knockout.

Brunswick Jr moves in looking to clinch but Andary pushes him off.
Andary was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Brunswick Jr doesn't manage to clinch there - Andary circles away.

and Andary counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Andary throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Andary scoring well with a low kick there.
Andary throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Brunswick Jr's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Andary dives in looking to finish as Brunswick Jr flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Andary's strikes! Andary is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Brunswick Jr's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Brunswick Jr was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gary Andary!
