Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ante Moro (ranked 3444 p4p, 25569 weight class) and Ernesto Hoost (ranked 349 p4p, 480 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ante Moro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ernesto Hoost! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moro lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Hoost tries to clinch up but Moro circles away and keeps his distance. Moro cracks a nice hook into Hoost's ribs. Hoost throws a series of punches but Moro avoids them all with ease. Hoost tries to close the distance and clinch but Moro swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Hoost misses with a combination
enabling Moro to counter with a crisp jab. Moro seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Moro's corner calls for a 1-2. Moro obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. The fighters circle momentarily. Moro darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Hoost moves into the clinch. Moro looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Moro takes a knee right on the jaw!
Moro tries to break free but Hoost pushes him back against the cage. Moro is looking to break free of the clinch but Hoost has double underhooks. Hoost told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight. Moro takes an elbow to the temple. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A frustrated look appears on Moro's face as he tries to break the clinch. Hoost unloads a knee to the mid-section. Moro lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Moro takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Hoost misses with a body punch.
Moro wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Hoost tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Moro breaks the clinch.
Moro bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hoost's head backwards. Hoost darts in trying to clinch and Moro makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Moro jabs Hoost to the body, keeping him at a distance. Hoost throws a sloppy head kick and Moro moves out of range easily. Moro is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Moro dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Hoost looks winded! Hoost throws a leg kick but Moro moved away. Hoost takes one on the button. Moro with a body punch. A glancing blow. Hoost takes a body punch but keeps moving. Ernesto Hoost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Moro dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Moro lands with a cross. Hoost tries to move into range but Moro moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Hoost doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Hoost takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
 Hoost is rocked!
Moro feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hoost sprawling to the canvas! Hoost rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Moro finish him?!
Hoost is still on wobbly legs! Can Moro finish him? Moro fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Hoost square on the jaw! Damn, Hoost is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ante Moro!
