Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jackson Grant (ranked 1884 p4p, 4786 weight class) and Baran Krasher (ranked 69 p4p, 127 weight class). Grant's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Ain't It Funny. Jackson Grant has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jackson Grant!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Baran Krasher!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Fujiwara and Ren Mimura.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krasher wants to clinch but Grant slips to the side
letting Grant counter with a right hand.
A clash of legs there as Grant blocks the low kick.
Grant lands a body shot.
Krasher throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Grant connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Krasher tries to land a leg kick but Grant saw it coming and moves away.
Grant was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Krasher throws a poor cross that misses
and Grant counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Krasher looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Krasher does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Grant lands a right hook to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Grant scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Krasher throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Grant counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Krasher misses with a lunging right hand
enabling Grant to counter with a crisp jab.
Krasher takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Grant comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Grant swinging wildly here.
Krasher throws a counter combo.
Krasher throws a big shot that misses.
Krasher moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Krasher misses with a left hand
and Grant counters with a right hand to the body.
Grant has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Ruttos gym in the buildup to the fight.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sloppy strikes from Grant. Those never looked like landing.
A little jabbing left from Krasher on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A swing and a miss from Krasher.
Grant scores with a jab. Krasher acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Krasher misses with a hook
and Krasher takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Krasher misses with a hook
and Grant counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Krasher misses with a right hand
and Grant counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Grant's corner calls for a 1-2. Grant obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Krasher misses with an uppercut.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Jackson Grant dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

and Grant counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Grant throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Grant dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Grant with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Grant fails to land with a series of punches.
A low kick from Krasher misses
and Grant counters with a one-two to the body.
A shot to the liver by Grant. Beautiful body shot.
Krasher on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Krasher throws a leg kick that is checked
and Grant counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Grant moves out of range of the strikes.

Krasher on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Grant's jab looks to have found its range, popping Krasher under the eye.
Krasher throws a poor cross that misses
and Krasher takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Grant works over Krasher's head and body with a nice combination.
Grant connects with a nice looking jab.

Krasher is rocked!
Krasher drops his guard momentarily, allowing Grant to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Krasher! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Grant takes it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Jackson Grant!
