And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mac Donalds!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Porabotitel tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Donalds paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Porabotitel takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Donalds's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Porabotitel looks to land a combination but Donalds avoids it well.

and Donalds counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Donalds with a flurry of punches that miss.
Porabotitel knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Donalds on the ground.
Donalds controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Donalds wants to stand but Porabotitel has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Donalds throws and elbow that misses. Porabotitel uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Donalds's guard. Nice move by Porabotitel!

and Donalds counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Donalds not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Porabotitel avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Donalds.

Donalds is looking to take a break and control but Porabotitel is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mac Donalds dominated that round.

Donalds looks to land a combination but Porabotitel avoids it well.

and Donalds counters with a takedown into side control.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Oleg Porabotitel. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Donalds creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Porabotitel sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Porabotitel is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Donalds decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Donalds's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Donalds pushes Porabotitel up against the cage in a clinch.
Porabotitel has Donalds pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Donalds manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Donalds lands an elbow inside.

Donalds breaks from the clinch.
Donalds tries a head kick but it misses.
Oleg Porabotitel is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Donalds closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Donalds thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Donalds has hold of Porabotitel's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Porabotitel seems comfortable defending it but Donalds has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Porabotitel is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Porabotitel is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Donalds couldn't care less - he's delighted!
