Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Owen Clark (ranked 4314 p4p, 5040 weight class) and Rodolfo Baird (ranked 411 p4p, 443 weight class). Rodolfo Baird has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Owen Clark's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Owen Clark! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Rodolfo Baird! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clark throws a good cross that connects.
Baird throws the left hand but Clark avoids the punch easily.
Baird drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Clark seems a little lost for a moment, as Baird dominates the positioning. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Clark tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Baird wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Baird controlling the position from side mount. Clark sneaks back into half guard. Baird not doing much here.
It looks like Baird might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Clark trying to control from the bottom.
Baird seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Clark wants to control but Baird is keeping busy and won't allow it. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Baird stalling.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Baird drives through and clinches with Clark against the cage.
Clark jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Baird walks away with a smile on his face. Clark gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Baird throws a looping overhand right but Clark ducks down to avoid it. Clark quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Clark lands a jab to the head.
Clark lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Baird at a distance.
 That's three minutes gone in the round.
Baird has managed to clinch.
Baird has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Clark after a bit of a struggle.
Baird gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Clark will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Baird's corner is telling him to maintain position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Clark is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Baird rolls with it to try and escape but Clark cranks on the arm and Baird is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
