Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Jones (ranked 1315 p4p, 608 weight class) and Mike Chester (ranked 175 p4p, 82 weight class). Mike Chester acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 14 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Jon Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Mike Chester! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Matti Vanhoillinen.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chester jabbing away but nothing is landing. Jones wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Chester tried to score with a low kick but Jones checks it. Jones is looking to counter punch.
Jones looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Jones wants to control from the top but Chester keeps moving. Jones postures up in Chester's guard and throws a big left but Chester blocks it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jones working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chester has control of Jones's left arm, preventing Jones from doing any damage. Chester is continuing to stall.

Jones has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Chester keeping moving, preventing Jones from controlling successfully.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Jones uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Chester. Jon Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chester closes the distance and pushes Jones back into the cage.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Chester gets through Jones's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Jones misses with an elbow strike.
Still in the clinch, Chester scores with a nice short uppercut. Jones blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Chester throws a hook but Jones avoids it easily. Chester throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jones. Jones wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Chester circles away from the clinch attempt.
Donk. Chester catches Jones right on the button with a cross. Jones ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Chester buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Jones shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Chester manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Chester is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chester swivels though and keeps the full guard. Jones with a flurry of punches that miss. Jones wants to control from the top but Chester keeps moving. Jones slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Jones working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Chester's head.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Jones trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Chester is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Jones throws a jab when Chester was well out of range. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Chester! But no joy. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Chester gets caught flat footed, as Jones shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Chester looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Chester wants to hit a sweep here but Jones passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Chester there! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jon Jones will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Jones shoots for a double leg takedown but Chester sprawls well. He's pushed Jones's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Chester bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Jones's head. Chester will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The crowd cheers as Chester lands an impressive looking overhand right. Jones doesn't seem phased though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Chester keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jones walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Jones scores with a jab to the body. Chester connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Chester gets caught flat footed, as Jones shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Chester pulls Jones in close to his closed guard and prevents Jones from doing any damage or advancing position. Jones working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Jones looking to pass the guard. Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Chester is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jones won't allow Chester to sweep him here.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Chester manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jones manages to get himself to full guard.
Jones keeping moving, preventing Chester from controlling successfully. Jones has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Jones is staying active underneath Chester, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Well, if Chester is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight� I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza� Yum. Can't wait.

Jones is looking to get back to full guard here but Chester has managed to pass to side control instead. Jones gets back to half guard. Jones is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Chester trying to control the pace. Jones avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Chester.
Jones is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Chester pulls his head out easily. Jones gets back to full guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Chester pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Jones is keeping the position for now. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Chester showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Jones misses with a left hand and Chester counters with a nice uppercut. Chester comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Jones closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. A big right from Chester misses. Jones doesn't manage to clinch there - Chester circles away.

Jones fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Chester avoids it really well and circles away.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Jones closes the distance and clinches up with Chester, looking for a takedown. Jones pushes Chester against the cage but Chester circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Chester tries a head kick but it misses.

Jones darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Chester keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Chester is trying to control but can't.
Jones tries to pass the half guard into mount. Chester knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Jones not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Chester defending well though.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Chester is looking for a sweep. Jones is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Jones is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Chester doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jones. Chester keeps control of the position for the meantime. Jones performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Jones is trying to control the action in half guard but Chester is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Jones lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Jones wants to control but Chester is keeping him busy. Chester keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Chester is looking to control Jones's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Chester avoid being mounted?
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Jones winds up and cracks Chester with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Chester wants to control but Jones is keeping busy.
Jones throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Chester is staying active underneath Jones, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Jones on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Mike Chester is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Jones is trying hard to land a takedown here. Chester sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jon Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jon Jones. I think Jones has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
