Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobojo Makoba (ranked 732 p4p, 966 weight class) and Niall Ferguson (ranked 91 p4p, 112 weight class). Makoba comes into the arena with Zilbacore 2097 blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

and Ferguson counters with a slapping leg kick.
We've been informed that Ferguson has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Ferguson cracks Makoba with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Makoba tries a low kick but Ferguson avoids it.

Despite the aggression on Ferguson's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Makoba's corner calls for a 1-2. Makoba obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

and Ferguson makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Bobojo Makoba will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's time! Makoba's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
