Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rocco Farmer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ianga Topia!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa J�rvil�inen and Anni Minnem�ki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Topia takes a swing at Farmer's ribcage but misses.
Topia ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Farmer moves away.
Farmer misses with a two punch combination.
Topia lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Farmer at a distance.
Farmer shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Topia as he jumps to the side.
Farmer misses with a straight left.
Farmer throws a right hand that misses
and Topia counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Farmer avoids the body shot from Topia.
Some wild striking there from Farmer.
Farmer moves out of range as Topia strikes.
Farmer went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Topia fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Farmer throws a good cross that connects.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Farmer tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Topia cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Ianga Topia is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Farmer with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Topia to score with a decent uppercut.
Farmer is rocked!
Farmer connects with the punch.
Oh Farmer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Farmer moves out of range as Topia strikes.
Farmer seems to have got his legs back now.
Topia waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Farmer.
Farmer shoots in for a takedown but Topia shows good takedown defense.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Topia! But no joy.
Farmer is looking to clinch but Topia is avoiding it.
Farmer misses with a wild combination.
Topia throws a lazy right hand but Farmer sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Rocco Farmer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Farmer ducks right into an uppercut from Topia.
Farmer walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Topia slips a jab and a cross from Farmer.
Topia throws a hook but Farmer blocks it.
Farmer lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Topia circles away quickly and effectively.
Farmer is breathing heavily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Topia. Farmer does a little dance to reset his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Farmer swings for the body but Topia moves out of range.
Farmer throws a nice looking combination but Topia bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Farmer swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Topia throws a hook to the side of Farmer's head but Farmer sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Topia just misses with a punch to the body.
Farmer tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Topia manages to circle out of the way.

Topia ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Farmer moves away.

Farmer takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Topia lands with a hook. Farmer tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Topia comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Topia instigates a clinch.
Farmer is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Farmer is trying to break the clinch but Topia is controlling him.
Topia manages to break the clinch.
Farmer darts in and clinches Topia up against the cage.
Farmer using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Topia has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Farmer goes for a takedown in the clinch but Topia prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rocco Farmer. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Topia lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Farmer backwards.
A bit of stalling here from Topia.
Topia escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Farmer throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Topia.
Topia showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Farmer.
Topia tests Farmer's chin there with a solid looking shot.
The crowd cheers as Topia lands an impressive looking overhand right. Farmer doesn't seem phased though.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Topia fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Farmer, pushing him back against the cage.
Topia scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Farmer jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Topia walks away with a smile on his face. Farmer gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Topia misses with an uppercut.
Farmer moves out of range of the strikes.
Topia has taken the fight to the clinch.
Topia misses with a hook to the ribs.
Farmer wants to get back to striking at distance but Topia won't allow it.
Topia breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Topia connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Topia drops Farmer with a naaaaasty hook - Farmer is in real trouble here! Topia dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ianga Topia!
