Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Zygfryd Piskor (ranked 933 p4p, 1004 weight class) and Kossu Kutvonen (ranked 86 p4p, 92 weight class). Piskor comes to the cage accompanied by Klatka. Kossu Kutvonen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kossu Kutvonen!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Aleksandr Martynov and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kutvonen fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Piskor shoots in but no luck this time.
Kutvonen swings for the body but Piskor moves out of range.
Kutvonen looks to score with a jab to the body but Piskor is just out of range.
Kutvonen thuds a left hand into Piskor's body.
Piskor shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Piskor takes a shot right to the bread basket.
A decent looking cross lands there for Kutvonen.
Kutvonen moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Kutvonen bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Piskor's head.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kossu Kutvonen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Piskor has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Kutvonen is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Piskor is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Kutvonen has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Piskor after a bit of a struggle.

Kutvonen manages to break the clinch.
Piskor drops his hands momentarily and Kutvonen takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Piskor has gone for a leg lock! Kutvonen slips out almost immediately though and dives into Piskor's guard.

Kutvonen is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Piskor wants to sweep but no luck.
Kutvonen not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Let's hope that Kutvonen has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
