Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Eusebio Montoya!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Steve Smith and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lindeman scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Lindeman tries a head kick but it misses.

A little jabbing left from Montoya on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Montoya unleashes a big counter combination but Lindeman bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

letting Montoya counter with a right hand.

Montoya is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Lindeman lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Lindeman throws a leg kick but Montoya moved away.

Montoya throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lindeman stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Lindeman takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Lindeman is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Montoya pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lindeman throws a looping overhand right but Montoya ducks down to avoid it.
Lindeman catches Montoya with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Montoya has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Montoya throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Montoya is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Lindeman had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

Montoya looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

and Montoya counters with a crisp right hand that drops Lindeman! Montoya lets Lindeman back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

It looks like Geronimo Lindeman has been cut.
Montoya steps in with a hook that catches Lindeman right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Montoya follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Lindeman looks absolutely devastated.
