Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marc Ciercoles!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Zane Frost!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Marc Ciercoles has been cut.
Frost stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Frost wants it to stay on the feet.
And Frost tries to counter it with a takedown but Ciercoles pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Ciercoles looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Despite the aggression on Frost's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Frost closes the distance looking to clinch
and Ciercoles counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Frost is trying to maintain the position but Ciercoles is very close to passing his half guard.
Frost looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frost is striking from the bottom but he's now found himself mounted! Oh dear - not enough focus on defense there.
Ciercoles controlling from the full mount.
Ciercoles has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Ciercoles tries to control but Frost wriggling away.
Ciercoles tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Frost tries to lock up and control but Ciercoles gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Frost can't escape the position.
Ciercoles looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Ciercoles raining down shots from the mount!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Frost really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Ciercoles lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Ciercoles cracks Frost with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Frost is wriggling around trying to escape.
Ciercoles is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Frost is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Frost flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Ciercoles anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Frost and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Ciercoles slips an arm under Frost chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Ciercoles has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Ciercoles is squeezing on Frost like an anaconda would it's prey. Frost fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
