The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Josh West and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barakat gets a double leg takedown into Gracie's guard.

Barakat is working for a kimura here but Gracie manages to reverse the position and he's now in Barakat's guard.

Barakat looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Gracie has picked Barakat up and slammed him! Barakat can't keep hold of the triangle and Gracie manages to pass to side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gracie has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Barakat to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Gracie is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Barakat pulls down on the head and he's put Gracie to sleep! This one is all over!

A relieved looking Nasir Barakat thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
