Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Leonard Asmodeus (ranked 1683 p4p, 3488 weight class) and David McDonald (ranked 200 p4p, 361 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying McDonald's choice of entrance music: Hell's Coming With Me. On his way into the cage it seems that Leonard Asmodeus has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Leonard Asmodeus seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, David McDonald!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Daniel Blasius and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDonald is looking to chop away at Asmodeus's legs.
Asmodeus was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

McDonald scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Asmodeus doesn't seem bothered though.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that McDonald has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

McDonald shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Asmodeus but Asmodeus pushes him off and we're back to square one.

McDonald throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Asmodeus stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
