Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Finn Peterson (ranked 2732 p4p, 1710 weight class) and Max Imum Jr (ranked 326 p4p, 224 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Finn Peterson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Max Imum Jr! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Peterson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Imum Jr looks to land a left hand but Peterson moved out of range nicely. Peterson is looking to counter punch. Imum Jr throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Peterson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Imum Jr throws a leg kick and Peterson counters with a straight right hand. Peterson takes one on the chin but seems OK.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Imum Jr sizes up Peterson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Imum Jr scores with a jab to the head.

and Peterson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. The crowd cheers as Imum Jr lands an impressive looking overhand right. Peterson doesn't seem phased though. Peterson slips a straight right by Imum Jr. Finn Peterson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Peterson moves out of range of the strikes. And that's the end of the fight! Max Imum Jr comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Imum Jr has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
