Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kai Asakura (ranked 4360 p4p, 22800 weight class) and Zambosurian Inday (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Kai Asakura has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kai Asakura! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 104 - 66 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zambosurian Inday! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Asakura digs a good hook to Inday's body.
Asakura fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Asakura thuds a left hand into Inday's body.
Asakura moves into range and clinches up with Inday. Asakura lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Inday tries to score a body lock takedown but Asakura shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Inday is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Asakura gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Asakura utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Asakura prevents Inday from breaking the clinch.
Asakura breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Asakura is looking to clinch. Asakura moves in looking to clinch but Inday pushes him off. Inday throws a fast counter high kick but Asakura manages to duck under it in time. Asakura throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Asakura misses with a double jab.
Asakura throws a sloppy head kick and Inday moves out of range easily.
Asakura fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Inday, pushing him back against the cage.
Asakura breaks from the clinch.
Inday misses with a takedown attempt letting Asakura counter with a right hand. Kai Asakura has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zambosurian Inday. Asakura throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Inday's head.
 Inday is rocked!
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Asakura and Inday are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Asakura throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Inday into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Asakura knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Kai Asakura! A determined Kai Asakura didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
