Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Leon Pichler (ranked 3646 p4p, 2953 weight class) and Lyo Yoshida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Leon Pichler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lyo Yoshida!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pichler misses with a takedown attempt - Yoshida sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Yoshida stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Yoshida wants it to stay on the feet.
Pichler shoots in but Yoshida avoids the takedown attempt easily.
