Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Columbo Gatti and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ciercoles keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Tulegenov lands with a nice body punch.
Ciercoles needs to keep his hands up - Tulegenov had a free shot at his head there.
Ciercoles takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Ciercoles wants to clinch up but Tulegenov keeps it at a distance.
Tulegenov swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ciercoles with the counter takedown but Tulegenov avoids it easily.
Ciercoles finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Ciercoles's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Tulegenov connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Ciercoles scrambles back to his feet.

Ciercoles darts in looking for a takedown but Tulegenov gets double underhooks and turns Ciercoles into the cage.
Tulegenov throws out a loose jab but Ciercoles uses good head movement to avoid it.
Ciercoles ducks under a wild hook from Tulegenov.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Tulegenov is looking to get back to is feet but Ciercoles passes into side control.
Ciercoles decides to stand back up. Ciercoles steps back and let's Tulegenov get back to his feet.
Nice uppercut lands for Tulegenov. That snapped Ciercoles's head back.
Tulegenov swings widly with a right hand
and Ciercoles counters with a nice double leg into side control. Tulegenov won't be happy with that.
Ciercoles has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Tulegenov tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

Tulegenov is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Ciercoles locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Tulegenov is forced to tap!

A relieved looking Marc Ciercoles thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
