Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ricky Trujillo (ranked 5332 p4p, 3783 weight class) and Ellis Baker (ranked 332 p4p, 274 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Anni Minnem�ki and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trujillo throws a body shot but no joy.
Baker misses with a left hand
and Trujillo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Trujillo misses with a hook
and Baker counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Baker throws a poor cross that misses
and Trujillo counters with a lovely straight right hand!

enabling Baker to counter with a crisp jab.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Baker throws an off balance right hand
and Trujillo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Trujillo scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Baker looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Trujillo is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Baker throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Trujillo counter with a right hand.
Nice straight punches there by Trujillo. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Trujillo.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Trujillo feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Bakers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Sloppy strikes from Baker. Those never looked like landing.

and Trujillo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

and Trujillo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

and Trujillo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Baker takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
A left and a right from Baker both land. Nice combination.
Trujillo works over Baker's head and body with a nice combination.

Baker takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Baker swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Trujillo counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Baker throws a right hand that Trujillo ducks under and follows up with a left that Trujillo also avoids with ease.
Trujillo lands a left and a right that send Baker crashing to the mat, dazed. Trujillo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Baker throws a right and a left that Trujillo avoids nicely.
Trujillo swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Baker throws a combination that misses
and Trujillo counters with a straight that turns Baker's legs to rubber! Trujillo pushes forward with more strikes and Baker goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!
