The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aka throws a lazy right hand but Vasquez sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Aka lands a nice shot that snaps Vasquez's head back.
Vasquez avoids the body shot from Aka.
An attempted straight right counter from Vasquez misses the target.
Vasquez misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Aka.
Vasquez swats away the attempt to clinch by Aka.
Aka throws a poor cross that misses
enabling Vasquez to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Koa Aka has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A punch lands to the side of Aka 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Aka fails in his attempt to clinch.
Vasquez lands with a shot to the body.
Vasquez lands a lovely overhand right.

Vasquez thuds a left hand into Aka's body.
Vasquez swats away the attempt to clinch by Aka.
A little feinted left hand from Vasquez on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Vasquez ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Aka out cold! The fight is over!
