Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Franz Ramos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Akimbo Spice Chai Jr!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Daniel Blasius and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chai Jr connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Ramos throws a hook but Chai Jr avoids it easily.
Chai Jr is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Ramos misses with a double jab
and Chai Jr counters with a head kick that drops Ramos to the mat! Ramos scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Ramos lands with a right hand.
It looks like Akimbo Spice Chai Jr has been cut.
A clash of legs there as Ramos blocks the low kick.
Chai Jr pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Chai Jr moves forwards but Ramos connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Ramos throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Chai Jr is trying to counter with his kicks.
Ramos misses with a hook. Chai Jr ducked under it nicely.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ramos stuns Chai Jr with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Chai Jr doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.

Ramos on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Ramos avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

and Chai Jr counters with a thumping low kick.

A countering left hand to the body from Chai Jr misses.
Ramos throws out a loose jab but Chai Jr uses good head movement to avoid it.
Ramos misses with an uppercut.
Ramos takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Chai Jr throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ramos sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Ramos jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Chai Jr takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Ramos rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Chai Jr counters with a straight right hand.
Chai Jr connects with a body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ramos connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
That has opened up Akimbo Spice Chai Jr's cut even more.
Chai Jr has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Chai Jr uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ramos.
Chai Jr lands a nice looking body shot.
Ramos is breathing heavily.
Chai Jr ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ramos moves away.
Ramos throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
It seemed like Chai Jr was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Ramos uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Chai Jr.

Chai Jr with a nice calf kick.
Chai Jr throws a head kick but Ramos moves out of range.

It looks like Franz Ramos has been cut.
Ramos loads up on a big right hand but Chai Jr slips the punch.
Ramos ducks under a wild hook from Chai Jr.
Ramos is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Chai Jr.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Chai Jr! But no joy.
A decent looking cross lands there for Chai Jr.
Chai Jr cracks Ramos with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Chai Jr has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Ramos to stand back up!
Ramos is rocked!

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ramos bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Ramos is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Chai Jr doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Ramos crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Ramos's bad books for that mishap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Akimbo Spice Chai Jr!
