Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dawindi Buktot (ranked 23417 p4p, 23370 weight class) and Kulata Bitok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 52 - 81 - 6, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dawindi Buktot!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 48 - 83 - 9, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kulata Bitok!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Bitok tries to score a power double leg takedown but Buktot sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bitok somewhat.
Buktot attempts a counter takedown but Bitok avoids it well and moves away.

and Buktot counters with a one-two to the body.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bitok shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bitok showed some decent athleticism there.

Buktot is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Bitok is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Bitok dives in and grabs Buktot's left leg, looking for a takedown. Buktot pushes down on Bitok's head and hops out.
Bitok shoots in for a double leg but Buktot sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Bitok throws a body shot but no joy.
Buktot looks for the body kick but Bitok saw that one coming.
Buktot dives in for a single leg takedown but Bitok sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Bitok shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Buktot but Buktot pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Buktot keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Buktot darts in looking for a takedown but Bitok gets double underhooks and turns Buktot into the cage.
Bitok wants to counter with a clinch but Buktot pushes him away.
Bitok has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Buktot avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Buktot works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Buktot pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bitok is keeping the position for now.
Buktot lands a couple of elbows.
Buktot looking to sit in guard and control but Bitok gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Buktot is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Bitok controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Buktot tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Bitok is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Buktot preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bitok throwing strikes from guard but Buktot blocks nicely.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Bitok throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Buktot was covering up waiting for the punch and Bitok finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Bitok controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
And that's the end of the fight!
Kulata Bitok comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Bitok has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
