This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 20 wins and 48 losses; Red Hestler! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Mauricio Rocha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Hestler defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Dalton. Dalton shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hestler pinned against the ropes. Hestler gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Dalton goes for a double leg but Hestler avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the ropes as Hestler continues to drive forward. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pacer Dalton. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dalton goes for a takedown attempt but Hestler pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Horrible takedown attempt by Dalton or perhaps it was just good defense by Hestler, which made it look bad. Hestler defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Dalton.
