Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bjron Gunnarsson (ranked 25805 p4p, 3185 weight class) and Adelard Laurent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gunnarsson comes to the cage accompanied by Icelandic Anthem. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Adelard Laurent was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunnarsson tries to clinch there but Laurent circles away.
Laurent feints the counter takedown.
Laurent closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Gunnarsson to the mat! Gunnarsson manages to get full guard.

Laurent works to advance to full mount. Gunnarsson defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Laurent wants to take Gunnarsson's back but he can't do it this time.

Laurent is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Gunnarsson with him. Gunnarsson is trying to defend but Laurent has an arm under the chin now! Gunnarsson grimaces and is forced to tap out!
