Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ju Larkin (ranked 2715 p4p, 25825 weight class) and Brain Rot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ju Larkin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brain Rot!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Steve Montenegro and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rot gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Larkin seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Larkin stands and throws Rot's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Check out the look on Larkin's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Larkin lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Rot down.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The referee asks Larkin politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Larkin prefers to stall for the moment though.
Rot is working to avoid the ground and pound but Larkin connects with a decent elbow.
Larkin happy to just control the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Larkin creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Larkin connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Rot some visible discomfort.
Larkin works to advance to full mount. Rot defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Larkin manages to capitalize on a mistake by Rot to take his back!
Larkin lands a punch that was close to the back of the head but the ref thinks it's OK.
Rot really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Larkin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Larkin.
Larkin is cranking Rot's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Rot! He's tightened the choke and Rot is tapping out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Ju Larkin!
