Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Manning Moore!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Vincent Diaz!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Konstantin Menshow and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz swings for the body but Moore moves out of range.
Moore tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Diaz paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Moore fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Diaz, pushing him back against the ropes.
Diaz trying to control the position but instead, Moore has worked for underhooks and has pushed Diaz into the ropes.
Moore goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Diaz is pressed up against the ropes. Moore has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Diaz down to the mat. Diaz avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Moore forces Diaz back against the ropes and clinches.
Diaz has Moore pressed against the ropes.
Diaz lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Moore can't get the takedown.
Diaz lands with a left to the head.
Diaz trying to control the position but instead, Moore has worked for underhooks and has pushed Diaz into the ropes.
Diaz avoiding damage as Moore throws knees to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Diaz is trying to stall.
Diaz is trying to maintain a safe position but Moore gets an underhook and turns Diaz into the ropes.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Diaz.
Diaz gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Moore.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Manning Moore. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Moore misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Diaz.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A nice right hand lands inside from Diaz.
Diaz stops a takedown attempt from Moore.
Moore misses with a punch to the body.
Moore is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Diaz gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Diaz lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Moore backwards.
Moore changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Diaz fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Diaz lands a body shot.
Vincent Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moore is breathing heavily.
Moore avoids the head kick by Diaz.
Diaz fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Moore looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Diaz sends Moore crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Diaz is motioning to the referee to let Moore up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Moore is rocked!
It looks like Manning Moore has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Diaz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Oh Moore is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Diaz connects with a body shot.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Diaz ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Moore's jaw. Moore's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Diaz does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Vincent Diaz!
Post fight, an emotional Vincent Diaz said 'Grrrr ugg gurrrr, Gruag gurm gurrr'.
