Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Xxx Xxx (ranked 5419 p4p, 22722 weight class) and Xxx Xxx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xxx Xxx will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 143 - 30 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 21 - 152 - 5, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Fighter B misses with a jab, cross combination.
Fighter B gets caught napping as Fighter A dives in and scores a takedown. Fighter B manages to retain guard. Fighter A is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B has momentary wrist control but Fighter A slips an elbow through the middle. Fighter A not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. No luck for Fighter B with that takedown attempt. Fighter A is looking to counter with a body kick. Fighter A misses with a takedown attempt - Fighter B sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Fighter B is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Fighter A shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Fighter B is trying to counter with his kicks.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. No luck with that takedown attempt from Fighter B. As Fighter B looks to move away, Fighter A throws a big counter combo but Fighter B just gets out of the way. Fighter A fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Fighter B replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Fighter A blocks it well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xxx Xxx. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fighter A leaves Fighter B with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Fighter A shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Fighter B controlling the position well. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xxx Xxx dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Fighter B closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Fighter B swings around for an armbar but Fighter A sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Fighter B's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A stays in close to Fighter B's body and controls the position.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Fighter A trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Fighter A's corner is telling him to maintain position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Fighter A accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Xxx Xxx overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Fighter B is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Fighter A is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Fighter A fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Fighter B fails to land the takedown.
 That's three minutes gone in the round.

That was a close second round but I would say that Xxx Xxx will probably get the nod. That's time! Fighter A's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

 That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Fighter A working the ground and pound.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B can't do much from the bottom here.

Fighter B throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Fighter A tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Fighter B is in Fighter A's guard. Fighter A is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Fighter B is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Fighter A is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Fighter A has escaped and now he's on top!

And that's the end of the fight! Xxx Xxx showed his dominance in that final round. Well Fighter A has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
