Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Troy Pickering (ranked 2579 p4p, 2650 weight class) and Rex Amwano (ranked 263 p4p, 273 weight class). Pickering comes to the cage accompanied by Break Stuff - Limp Bizkit. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Troy Pickering!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rex Amwano!
The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Ben Hemmingworth and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amwano tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Pickering uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Amwano misses with a looping left.
Amwano throws out a loose jab but Pickering uses good head movement to avoid it.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Pickering closes the distance and pushes Amwano back into the cage.

Pickering moves forwards but Amwano connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Pickering throws a hook to the side of Amwano's head but Amwano sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Amwano fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pickering lands with an uppercut that bounces Amwano off the cage and back into range.
It looks like Rex Amwano has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

As Amwano looks to move away, Pickering throws a big counter combo but Amwano just gets out of the way.

Amwano jabs Pickering right on the nose. Pickering blinks but takes it well.

Pickering chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Amwano can pounce on him.

Amwano prevents Pickering from breaking the clinch.

Amwano looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Pickering tries to break free but Amwano pushes him back against the cage.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Amwano scores with a head kick. Pickering tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Amwano thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Pickering if he has to take too many more of those.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Pickering is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Amwano moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rex Amwano!
A less than humble Rex Amwano misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
