The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Escudero feints and as Cage raises his hands in defense, Escudero changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Escudero must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Escudero is trying to get back to his feet but Cage has full control of the position and if anything, Escudero has just worked his way into a worse spot.
