Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tito Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Rotch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ortiz might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rollin' - Limp Bizkit. Rotch is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Why Cant we be Friends-War. Tito Ortiz has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tito Ortiz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Rotch! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ortiz tries to clinch up. Rotch shoots in and bounces Ortiz off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Ortiz looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Ortiz keeping full guard, as Rotch tries to pass. Rotch pushes down on Ortiz's leg and manages to get into half guard. Rotch stalling. Ortiz trying to hold on to Rotch's head to control him but Rotch postures up.
Rotch is figuring out what he wants to do next. Ortiz on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Ortiz tries to get out of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ortiz wants to get back to his feet.
Rotch seems to be looking for submissions.
Ortiz is defending against the submission attempts here by Rotch.
Ortiz tries to kick Rotch off but Rotch keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Ortiz wants to stand back up but Rotch manages to pass into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rotch tries for a kimura but Ortiz is defending well. Rotch tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rotch has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Rotch looks gassed!
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Ortiz is trying to buck Rotch off. Ortiz striking from the bottom but nothing landed.
Ortiz tries to strike but it doesn't land. Ortiz struggling a bit here. Rotch is looking to take a break and control but Ortiz is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ortiz tries to get back to half guard but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Nice sprawl there from Ortiz as Rotch shoots in. Ortiz misses the jab. Rotch showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ortiz.
Ortiz throws a series of punches but Rotch moves out of range. Ortiz misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Ortiz with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Rotch checks the leg kick. Rotch shoots for a takedown but Ortiz saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Rotch shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Ortiz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rotch on the ground. Rotch is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Ortiz has managed to free his arm - good work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ortiz is trying to stand.
Rotch is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Ortiz manages to escape and get back to his feet! Ortiz wants to clinch. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Ortiz.
Rotch tries for a takedown but Ortiz circles away easily and Ortiz counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Ortiz. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Tito Ortiz will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Ortiz misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ortiz closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Rotch to the mat! Rotch manages to get full guard. Ortiz postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Ortiz postures up.
Ortiz lands a couple of elbows. Rotch has his foot on Ortiz's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ortiz works his way back into a safe position though. Ortiz has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Ortiz is looking to work some ground and pound but Rotch has wrist control. Ortiz has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Rotch is proving hard to escape from. Ortiz stands up over Rotch, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Rotch is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ortiz wanted to stand there but Rotch had control of the position. Ortiz trying to control the position from guard on top but Rotch is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Rotch preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Rotch is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Ortiz stands and steps away. Rotch gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. The fight moves into the clinch position. Rotch wants a takedown.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rotch tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Ortiz smiles and moves away.
Ortiz throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Rotch. Ortiz works over Rotch's head and body with a nice combination. Rotch fails with the takedown and Ortiz counters with a left and a right that stings Rotch. Tito Ortiz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Rotch. Ortiz misses with a takedown attempt and Rotch counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Rotch. Rotch should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Ortiz keeping moving, preventing Rotch from controlling successfully. Ortiz looking to control.
Ortiz trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Rotch slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Rotch wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ortiz keeps working.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rotch is staying tight to Ortiz's torso, preventing him from escaping. Ortiz struggling a bit here. Rotch is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ortiz knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Rotch staying calm.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Rotch tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Rotch wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Ortiz, who protects the arm well. Ortiz wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Mike Rotch will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Rotch fails with a takedown attempt. Rotch drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ortiz tries to bench press Rotch off him but Rotch keeps the position. Rotch is trying to get an arm triangle but Ortiz is defending well. Rotch wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ortiz keeps working. Mike Rotch has got the better of the ground game so far. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Ortiz throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Rotch closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Rotch lands in his opponent's guard. Rotchis looking to pass into half guard but Ortiz pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Ortiz is in guard. Ortiz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ortiz throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rotch works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Ortiz wants to control from the top but Rotch keeps moving. Rotch looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Rotch is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Rotch throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Ortiz stands and steps away. Rotch gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Rotch has his takedown stuffed and Ortiz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Tito Ortiz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Rotch. Rotch looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Rotch looking to pass the guard. Ortiz is looking to stand up but Rotch isn't so interested in that idea. Rotch wants to control from the top but Ortiz keeps moving. Ortiz wants to get back to his feet but Rotch is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Ortiz keeping moving, preventing Rotch from controlling successfully. Ortiz wants to stand and escape but Rotch is having none of it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Rotch feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Ortiz lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Rotch! Ortiz throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Rotch because Ortiz loaded up on that one.
And that's the end of the fight! Mike Rotch comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Rotch has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
