Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between SaioG Snake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Peart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). SaioG Snake has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, SaioG Snake! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Terry Peart! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Leandro Rodrigues and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Snake moves into the clinch. Peart looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Snake escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Snake feints and as Peart raises his hands in defense, Snake changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Snake postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Snake wants to control from the top but Peart keeps moving. Snake throwing strikes from guard but Peart blocks nicely. Snake trying to control the position from guard on top but Peart is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Snake looking to pass the guard. Snake postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Snake thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Snake stands up and waves to Peart to follow him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Peart wants to clinch and Snake counters with a nice double leg into guard. Peart keeping moving, preventing Snake from controlling successfully. Snake with a flurry of punches that miss. Snake trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Peart is trying to control the position but Snake postures up. Snake gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Snake clinches up with Peart and pushes him back against the cage. Snake lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Snake is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Peart can't fight it off and eventually Snake manages to take the fight to the floor. Peart looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Peart looking for a triangle here. Snake is fighting it but it looks tight! Peart pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Snake is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Terry Peart!
