Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Churchill takes the fight into the clinch.
Churchill has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Asakura after a bit of a struggle.
Churchill manages to break the clinch.
A decent looking cross lands there for Churchill.
Asakura fails in his attempt to clinch.
Asakura scores with a head kick.
Asakura walks into a straight right hand from Churchill.
Asakura tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Churchill paws at him with a jab and circles away.

We've been told by Asakura's head coaches at Xtreme Fighting Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Asakura walks into a left hand.
Asakura takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Churchill keeps the fight on the outside.
Churchill connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Asakura throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Asakura is breathing heavily.

Churchill scores with a nice head shot.
Asakura is rocked!
Churchill lands a body shot.
Oh Asakura is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Churchill looks to land a body kick but Asakura moved away.
Asakura misses with a looping left.
Asakura really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Churchill throws a front kick aimed at Asakura's knee but Asakura avoids it well.
Churchill walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Asakura drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Churchill swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Asakura's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jameson Churchill!
