Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Matthew Carlson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 44 - 88 - 7, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tapad Amiga! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Carlson throws a head punch that misses. Carlson lands with a short head shot on the inside. Amiga blocking some punches.

Amiga has Carlson pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Amiga pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Carlson tumbling to the mat - Amiga dives into Carlson's guard.
Carlson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Carlson looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Amiga is defending well. Carlson quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Amiga has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Carlson celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
