Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Maximo Butler (ranked 25443 p4p, 3923 weight class) and Koda Southam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Butler's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Sweet Caroline. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Koda Southam!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Southam throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Southam throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Butler darts in looking for a takedown but Southam gets double underhooks and turns Butler into the cage.
Southam tries to land a knee to the head but Butler blocks with his arms.
Southam throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Butlers head.
Southam tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Butler jumps guard but Southam turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Southam's coach down at was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Southam's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Southam crunches a lovely knee into Butler's ribcage.

Southam working the clinch nicely. Butler is working for position but Southam cracks him with a big knee to the head! Butler crumples up against the cage and Southam lands two more shots before the ref can save Butler! This one is all over!
