With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rodney Everett! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Lou da Vinci and Jorge Garcia.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice defenses there by Everett. No luck for Everett with that takedown attempt.
Everett scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Everett is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Bowers knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Everett goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Bowers has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Everett but great work by Bowers.
Bowers decides to stand back up. Bowers with a jab. Bowers lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Everett falls backwards - clearly groggy! Bowers dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
