The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Getaldic is trying hard to land a takedown here. Montague sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Getaldic clinches.
Montague gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Getaldic regains guard.
Montague postures up in Getaldic's guard and throws a big left but Getaldic blocks it.
Getaldic looking for a guillotine here but Montague defends easily.
Getaldic can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Montague controls the pace.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Montague throws a strike but Getaldic rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Getaldic wants to control from the top but Montague keeps moving.
Getaldic is pushing down on Montague's leg trying to pass to half guard. Montague is fighting to maintain full guard but Getaldic has managed to sneak the leg through.
Montague won't allow Getaldic to pass to mount.
Montague on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Getaldic wants to lay and pray for a moment but Montague keeps working.
Getaldic moves into full mount! Montague won't be happy about that!
Montague is looking to get to half guard.
Getaldic is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Montague can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Getaldic with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Getaldic throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
