Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Julien Little!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kid Roachman!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roachman closes the distance and clinches up with Little, looking for a takedown. Roachman pushes Little against the cage but Little circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Little shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Roachman sprawls well. Roachman wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Little gets slowly back to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from Little. No joy for Roachman on that attempt.
Roachman shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Little as he jumps to the side.
Julien Little has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kid Roachman.
No luck for Roachman with that takedown attempt.
Little stuffs the takedown attempt from Roachman. Roachman gets slowly back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Roachman tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Little defends well and Roachman ends up having to push Little into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Little fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Roachman, pushing him back against the cage.

Roachman looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Little has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Roachman avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Little's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Little shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Little showed some decent athleticism there.
Little is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Roachman wants to improve his position but Little is controlling well.

Little prevents Roachman from improving his position.
Roachman is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Little's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Little's back!
You can see the frustration on Little's face� He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Roachman tries to get the hooks in deep but Little pushed the leg off.

During a confident post fight interview, Kid Roachman thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
