And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 12 wins and 6 losses; Nedser Kiely! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, John Kavanagh and Jonathan Paton.

Kiely clinches.
Lauzon has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Kiely uses from the top position. Kiely passes easily into side control. Nice work. Kiely is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lauzon is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lauzon is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Kiely with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Kiely is pressing down on Lauzon's thigh, looking to free his foot. Lauzon is holding on for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kiely is trying to control. Lauzon wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Kiely is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Lauzon is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
