This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of St Petersburg, with a TWGC record of 11 wins and 6 losses; Tobias Bergman! And in the blue corner, fighting out of St Petersburg, with a TWGC record of 12 wins and 23 losses; Scott Hill! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Russell Pearce and Alyssa Summers.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Hill fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bergman moves into the clinch successfully.
Bergman has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Hill is working for takedown but Bergman is calmly controlling the position for now.
Hill pulls guard.
Hill had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bergman defends it easily.
Hill working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bergman doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bergman manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Bergman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hill swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bergman passes easily into side control. Nice work. Score +3 for passing guard: Bergman (3) vs (0) Hill Hill manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Bergman wants to improve his position but Hill is controlling well.

Hill looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Hill controlling the action here. Hill tries to pass the half guard into mount. Bergman knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Bergman gets back to full guard.

Hill is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Bergman slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Bergman is looking for a triangle but Hill pushes his legs off easily.
Hill has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Bergman to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Hill is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Bergman pulls down on the head and he's put Hill to sleep! This one is all over!
