Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Valiente Del Toro (ranked 860 p4p, 3466 weight class) and Madden Velez (ranked 102 p4p, 351 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Valiente Del Toro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Madden Velez!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Seu Braga and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Del Toro moves forwards but Velez connects with a nice, crisp jab.
We've been told by Del Toro's head coaches at Tokyo All-Stars that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Del Toro blocks the body kick.
Velez throws a lazy head kick
and Del Toro counters with a solid body kick.
Velez misses with a left hand
and Del Toro connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Velez throws a hook but Del Toro blocks it.
Del Toro jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Velez misses with a left hand
and Del Toro counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Velez is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Del Toro.
Del Toro is looking to counter with head kicks.
Velez bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Del Toro's head.
Velez lands a head kick!
Velez avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Madden Velez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Velez tries a head kick but it misses.
Del Toro ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
The fighters circling - Velez throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Velez swings widly with a right hand
and Del Toro counters with a straight right hand.

Del Toro scores with a kick to the midsection.
Velez slips a jab and a cross from Del Toro.
Velez appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Velez throws the kick towards the body but Del Toro avoids it.
Del Toro ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Velez throws an off balance right hand
and Del Toro counters with a straight right hand.
A big right from Velez misses.
Velez misses with a jab to the body
and Del Toro counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Del Toro ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Velez moves away.
Velez tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Velez misses with an uppercut
and Del Toro counters with a stiff right hand.
Velez misses with an uppercut. Del Toro saw that one coming.
Velez misses with a jab to the body
and Del Toro counters with a nice right hand that sends Velez toppling to the canvas! Velez scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Del Toro finish him?!
Velez is rocked!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Del Toro and Velez are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Del Toro throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Velez into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Del Toro knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Valiente Del Toro!
A relieved looking Valiente Del Toro thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
