Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Zechariah Li!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Torres napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Li wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Torres, who protects the arm well.
Li wants to control but Torres is keeping him busy.
Torres is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Li has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Li has hold of Torres's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Torres tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Li cranks the arm and Torres screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Torres, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Zechariah Li!
