Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Oliver Queen (ranked 514 p4p, 906 weight class) and Demetrius Cordova (ranked 66 p4p, 113 weight class). Queen comes to the cage accompanied by Rise - State of Mind. Demetrius Cordova acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Oliver Queen!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Demetrius Cordova!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Queen moves forwards but Cordova connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Cordova's corner calls for a 1-2. Cordova obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Cordova has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Cordova throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Queen sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Cordova connects with a single shot there.
Cordova stalks Queen and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Queen's face. Queen staggers backwards, shaken.

And Cordova tries to counter it with a takedown but Queen pushes his down on his head and steps out.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
