Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kulata Bitok (ranked 23422 p4p, 23469 weight class) and Dawindi Buktot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 50 - 86 - 9, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kulata Bitok! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 53 - 84 - 7, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dawindi Buktot! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bitok is defended easily by Buktot. Buktot steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Bitok shoots in and bounces Buktot off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Buktot is looking to stand up but Bitok isn't so interested in that idea. Buktot has Bitok pulled in close to control his posture. Bitok sitting in guard, not really doing much.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Buktot looking for a sweep. Not yet Buktot, not yet. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Bitok controlling from the top position.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Bitok misses with a takedown and Buktot makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. No luck with that takedown attempt from Buktot. Bitok jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Bitok dives in and grabs Buktot's left leg, looking for a takedown. Buktot pushes down on Bitok's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kulata Bitok. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bitok shoots in for a double leg but Buktot sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Buktot counters with a body kick.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Bitok pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Bitok fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Buktot avoids it really well and circles away. And Buktot responds with a good body kick, but Bitok manages to step out the way in time. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Buktot defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bitok. Buktot is trying to counter with his kicks. Bitok shoots in for a takedown but Buktot shows good takedown defense. Buktot follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Kulata Bitok will probably get the nod. That's time! Bitok's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Bitok will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. And Buktot responds with a good body kick, but Bitok manages to step out the way in time.
Bitok closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Buktot's guard. Buktot seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Buktot keeping moving, preventing Bitok from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bitok won't allow Buktot to sweep him here.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Bitok controls the pace of the fight for a moment. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Bitok has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Buktot shoots for a double leg takedown but Bitok sprawls well. He's pushed Buktot's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Buktot drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Bitok is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Buktot dives into side control.
Bitok is trying to get back to half guard. Buktot is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Bitok will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Bitok is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Bitok is trying to get back to full guard. Bitok desperately trying to maintain half guard.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Buktot controlling the action here. Buktot stalling away here and it's allowed Bitok to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kulata Bitok dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Bitok shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Buktot manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Buktot controlling the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bitok seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Bitok throws a strike but Buktot rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
 The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Buktot lands a couple of decent looking shots. Kulata Bitok overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Buktot slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Bitok looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Buktot sitting in guard, not really doing much.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Bitok misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Buktot fails with the takedown. Bitok tries to score a power double leg takedown but Buktot sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bitok somewhat.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Buktot misses with a takedown attempt enabling Bitok to counter with a crisp jab. Dawindi Buktot has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kulata Bitok is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Buktot feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bitok pulls Buktot in close to prevent any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Dawindi Buktot. I think Bitok has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
