Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Walay Buut (ranked 23430 p4p, 23414 weight class) and Minatay Mibangon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 76 - 62 - 7, fighting out of Las Vegas, Walay Buut!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 53 - 74 - 17, fighting out of Las Vegas, Minatay Mibangon!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Buut.
Mibangon shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Buut is trying to defend but Mibangon finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Buut controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.

Buut wants to control but Mibangon is keeping busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mibangon is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Buut has his hands clasped together around Mibangon's back. He's all about the action.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Mibangon is taking a breather. Buut says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Buut tries to get to full guard but Mibangon has control of the leg.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Mibangon closes the distance and clinches up with Buut, looking for a takedown. Mibangon pushes Buut against the cage but Buut circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Buut is looking to counter with a body kick.

Mibangon shoots in for a takedown but Buut shows good takedown defense.
Buut throws a quick counter kick to the body but Mibangon avoids it.
Mibangon throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Buut was covering up waiting for the punch and Mibangon finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Buut seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Mibangon is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Buut is trying to control the position but Mibangon postures up.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Buut has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Buut will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
And Mibangon responds with a good body kick, but Buut manages to step out the way in time.
Mibangon shoots in but Buut avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Mibangon throws a body punch but Buut moves out of range.

Buut dives in and grabs Mibangon's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mibangon pushes down on Buut's head and hops out.
And Mibangon responds with a good body kick, but Buut manages to step out the way in time.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Buut has control of Mibangon's left arm, preventing Mibangon from doing any damage.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Mibangon tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Buut swivels and escapes.
Mibangon displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Buut.
Mibangon now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

Buut shoots for a takedown but Mibangon saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Mibangon follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.

Buut fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mibangon avoids it really well and circles away.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Buut tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mibangon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Buut somewhat.
Mibangon steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Walay Buut has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Minatay Mibangon is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

As Mibangon backs away, Buut returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

Minatay Mibangon comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Mibangon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
