Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Scotty Dick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anewt Gelato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Jorge Garcia and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gelato tries to close the distance and clinch but Dick swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Dick shoots in for a takedown but Gelato shows good takedown defense.
Dick fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Gelato scores with a takedown into Dick's guard.
Gelato has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Dick is proving hard to escape from.
Gelato must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Gelato is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Dick sees it coming and defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Dick is breathing heavily.

Gelato wants to stand up but Dick has a hold of him and won't allow it.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Dick manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Gelato is sitting in close to Dick's body. Dick has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Gelato is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Gelato is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Dick.
