Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kellen Velasquez (ranked 25913 p4p, 3731 weight class) and Kylan Finley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Velasquez has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Kellen Velasquez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kylan Finley!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Atkins and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velasquez on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Finley. Finley obviously looking to wear him down.
Velasquez has his takedown stuffed
and Finley counters with a three punch combo that has Velasquez backing up. Velasquez nods at Finley to acknowledge the strikes.
Velasquez really is a fat lump.
Finley closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Velasquez's guard.
Velasquez wants to get back to his feet but Finley passes into half guard.
Velasquez is breathing heavily.

Finley is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Finley is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Velasquez is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
