Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yoshimitsu Fukumitsu (ranked 2830 p4p, 3151 weight class) and Jean Luc Gaspard (ranked 186 p4p, 197 weight class). Fukumitsu comes to the cage accompanied by help_urself. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 26 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yoshimitsu Fukumitsu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jean Luc Gaspard!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fukumitsu misses with an uppercut
and Gaspard cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Fukumitsu misses with a straight right.
Gaspard digs a good hook to Fukumitsu's body.
Fukumitsu thows a left - swing and a miss!
Gaspard buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Gaspard fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Fukumitsu has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Gaspard with a nice calf kick.
Gaspard has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Fukumitsu finds it's way round the side to connect with Gaspard's head.
Gaspard connects with a leg kick.
Fukumitsu tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Gaspard looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Fukumitsu uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gaspard.
Fukumitsu missing with a left hand there. Gaspard was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nice body kick from Gaspard.
Gaspard lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Gaspard looks to throw the jab but Fukumitsu is out of range.
Fukumitsu throws a counter high kick but Gaspard was just alert enough to avoid it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gaspard. Fukumitsu does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gaspard staying out of range there.
Gaspard lands with a nice body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Fukumitsu takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Fukumitsu misses with a hook.
Gaspard swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Gaspard tries to land a leg kick but Fukumitsu saw it coming and moves away.
Donk. Fukumitsu catches Gaspard right on the button with a cross.
Fukumitsu lands with an overhand left.
Gaspard is rocked!
Fukumitsu drops Gaspard with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Gaspard! Fukumitsu dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yoshimitsu Fukumitsu!
