Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hank McCoy (ranked 1149 p4p, 1831 weight class) and Chris Tosanesti (ranked 153 p4p, 215 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Hank McCoy has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Hank McCoy seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hank McCoy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Tosanesti!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCoy misses with a body kick.
Tosanesti goes for a double leg but McCoy avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as McCoy continues to drive forward.
Tosanesti swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tosanesti closes the distance and clinches up with McCoy, looking for a takedown. Tosanesti pushes McCoy against the cage but McCoy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Tosanesti throws a leg kick
and McCoy counters with a lovely shot to the body.
McCoy lands a big uppercut and Tosanesti crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Tosanesti looks OK. McCoy waves Tosanesti back to his feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McCoy pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Tosanesti wants to slow McCoy down by chopping away at his legs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Good work by McCoy as he checks the leg kick.
Tosanesti throws a right and a left that both miss.
McCoy went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
McCoy throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
McCoy throws a lazy uppercut
and Tosanesti counters with a stiff right hand.
McCoy misses with a shot to the body
and Tosanesti counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
McCoy has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Tokyo All-Stars in the buildup to the fight.
Tosanesti scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Tosanesti looks to land a combination but McCoy avoids it well.
McCoy throws a nice inside leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tosanesti misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
It looked like McCoy was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Tosanesti.
McCoy just misses with a punch to the body.
Tosanesti raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Tosanesti smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
McCoy lets loose with a powerful body kick. Tosanesti will feel that in the morning.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
McCoy throws a sloppy head kick and Tosanesti moves out of range easily.
Tosanesti swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A big left from McCoy misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
McCoy scores with a kick to the midsection.
McCoy drops Tosanesti with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Tosanesti! McCoy dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hank McCoy!
During a confident post fight interview, Hank McCoy thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
